Case Study:

Momin Tea, a new entrant in the market, sought to establish its brand and gain significant market traction. Kaizen Consultancy designed and executed a comprehensive 360° marketing campaign, encompassing multiple channels such as TV, billboards (OOH), social media, radio, and CSR initiatives.

Kaizen developed two creative ideas for the campaign and worked closely with the brand owner to define clear objectives and optimize sales agent performance, ensuring wide distribution and availability for end-users. The campaign spanned two months, focusing on As Sulaymaniyah and Erbil.

 

 

Key Results:

Sales increased by 296%.
Point-of-sale (POS) availability grew from 400 to 1200 POSs (300% increase).
Cash flow surged sixfold.
The campaign featured CSR activities and activations that resonated with the community.
It is relatively uncommon in Kurdish and Iraqi culture for brand owners to publicly share detailed growth rates and sales results. However, the client, impressed by the campaign's outcomes, agreed to share these figures, which Kaizen showcased in a motion graphic video.
