Aras Omer is the founder and director of Kaizen Consultancy. He received his Associate of Applied Science in Management at Pellissippi State Community College (Knoxville, TN, USA) in 2018. Bayad A. Mohammed

Mr. Bayad got an Associate of Science from Kurdistan Technical Institute in Sulaimaniyah (Iraq) in 2019. Walid A. Abdalla, Master of Managerial Economics, University of Wroclaw (Poland), 2020; MS Economics, University of Oslow (Norway) 2022

Walid A. Abdalla received his Master of Managerial Economics from University of Wroclaw (Poland) in 2020, where he ranked first in his class. He will be receiving his Master of Science in Economics from the University of Oslow (Norway) in 2022, and studied financial economics at Erasmus University Rotterdam (Netherlands), through the Erasmus Exchange Program in 2021. He received his Bachelor of Structural Engineering degree from University of Al-Sulaimaniyah (Iraq) in 2012.

After a few years of experience as a construction engineer, he transitioned to project management and entrepreneurship. In 2015, Walid co-founded and directed Nice House for Construction and Design. He later completed the Training of Trainers Program, and went on to train and develop crucial soft skills for hundreds of college students, including teamwork and problem-solving. In 2017, he co-founded Shockers Adverting and Engineering, and managed its marketing and international supply chain for two years.

He is currently conducting research in corporate governance at the University of Oxford remotely, simultaneously leading a startup, Study and Business Abroad. He currently works for State Street Bank in Krakow (Poland) as an OTC Derivate Specialist.

Amy Howard, BS Political Science, minor International Affairs, East Tennessee State University (Johnson City, TN, USA)

Amy Howard got a Bachelor of Science in Political Science, with a minor in International Affairs, from East Tennessee State University (Johnson City, TN) in 2021. She is a long-time volunteer and activist, with over two decades' experience in writing, editing and media relations. She is currently employed at East Tennessee State University as a Testing Technician III, with additional experience as a research assistant and business owner. She is also engaged in research on underrepresented groups, identity politics and vote choice, and received two grants and a regional award for the project. She and her co-author currently have a manuscript on under review with Journal of Politics.

Dastan is a human resource manager with over 8 years of responsible and progressive experience in human resource management with national and international companies and non-profit humanitarian organizations. Saman Ahmed got a Master of Arts in Accounting from University of Kurdistan-Sanandaj (Iran) in 2021. He got a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from University of Human Development-Sulaimaniyah (Iraq) in 2017. He also received a Lebanese International Planning Strategy Certificate in 2014; a Central and Di-Central Accountant Certificate from Kurdistan Center in 2021; and a Diploma in Accounting from Sulaimaniyah Institute (Iraq) in 2007.

Dr. Kosar got a PhD in Life Sciences from Diana INTL College in 2021; a Master’s Degree in Biotechnology from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in 2012; a Bachelor of Science in Biology from University of Al-Sulaimaniyah (Iraq) in 2007; and a High Diploma in Hospital Administration from Ain Shams University (Egypt) in 2016. Furthermore, he is an authorized ISO consultant, auditor, and trainer. He is currently completing his doctoral dissertation in Microbiology at University of Al-Sulaymaniyah.


Dr. Kosar is the CEO of the Pure Life Pharma Lab Chain, a network of pharmacy and medical laboratories including the Genome, High Quality, Lana and Nitrogen Laboratories and several other pharmacies.


Dr. Kosar was the director of laboratories for the Al-Sulaimaniyah General Directorate of Health, and manager of the Hiwa Hospital laboratories. He was granted ISO certification in 2020 and holds numerous additional certifications and training related to laboratory work, auditing and accounting, and computer programming. He has six publications, largely focused on cancer research.
